So I'm still new to the game. I've been trying my best to pick up tricks of the trade but am still not fully committed. I see the success it will bring me, but I'm just not a self study kind of person...I feel like to get the most out of it I need head to a seminar. If anyone has tips on self teaching or good seminars let me know.

One thing the forum has given me is a new outlook on my game. I've played the 5 questions game and gotten the exact reactions I've wanted..I've even used it on amog wanna be's to much success.

So to the point of this post....What is the difference between going sarging with a bunch of guys and having a wingman? Is having a people to go sarging with the same thing as having a wingman?

I had this funny idea over the past week that the next date I get I would bring along a wingman. Yeah, you heard that correctly. Essentially, I would go on the date with the girl, and then happen to bump into my friend. The three of us would then go grab a drink, and my wingman's job was to be my hype man. He would tell her great stories, essentially doing my DHV for me.

I asked some friends about this and everyone got a good laugh out of it. What I realized was this wasn't the right time for this DHV. This type of wingman behavior was more appropriate during opening stages, because of course once you have the date, you don't need as many "outside" DHVs....at least not in the way described above.

I realized my brain is starting to work properly, but I still have much to learn....

Wingman: the guy who takes one for the team, he takes away the obstacles for you to hit the target. he builds you up and makes you to seem better and cooler.

Friend: a guy you happen to go somewhere with and you both walk up to a set and start gaming. he does not build you up or elimintate obstacles, he is there for himself. he competes with you for the target.


and as for your idea of having a friend for DHV. uh.... there is a high possibility your date will become attracted to him instead.
