Im not really into the canned stuff and my question is about relating to women in general.
There is so many truths out there that are great but how do you actually try to use them?
Do you try one technique or skill at one time and see how it works for you.
Like C&F, Negging.....
For example, i read jugglers conversation jujitzu and cant figure out how to apply it, or even practice it.
I was thinking maybe just take one section at a time and try to use it and see how it works for me. If it does, then practice it until i get good at it?[/b]

go out and start approaching. use different methods, and based on the results you get, decide what works for you. but practising is the key. remember that

day game is very direct, much less negs, whereas night game is faster and more indirect.



a great way to destroy approach anxiety is to start at the lowest point - for me this is/was just saying hi to everyone, asking people for help, etc. i was very shy. look up openers and be friendly, people appreciate it even if you embarrass yourself a little bit.


affirmations are also helpful. i am very sexy and desirable and interesting and therefore tell myself it all the time, because i used to think it wasn't true.

don't get cocky or arrogant though.
