When you meet someone online, through a personal ad ect how soon should you meet in person? How long should you talk online or thorugh im before actually meeting? Thanks

You can usually tell pretty easily whether or not the person you're talking to is ultra-paranoid about meeting people online. It's all a progression, usually:

Screenname -> First Name -> Phone # -> Last Name -> Address -> Meeting in person

Then just put the idea of meeting in person out there, mention that you think it would be a lot of fun (NOT that you're 'excited' about it). She may reply with "I'm free next thursday", if you're lucky, and if not she'll say "we should wait" or something. Your response to "we should wait" is.. "I wasn't actually talking about meeting this week or anything, lol!".


Just a word of caution, if she's paranoid about meeting people online, things will take a long time to develop into a conventional relationship -- and things will almost NEVER end up in fling/one night stand.
