MM talks about keeping girls who flake on rotation. So if a girl flakes or blurr how long should you freeze out for until you reopen her?

3 months, 6 months, 12 months, does mystery or other MPUA have an insightful answer for rotation policy. e.g k close followed by flake = 1 month, # close followed by = 3 weeks or more time

Any suggestions?
