I have been going through a lot of personal self exploration lately and have some to some conclusions that have really helped me in regards to pickup that I thought I would share.

It's a rather mundane application for something so profound, but I'll let you be the judge of that.

The premise is fairly simple:

"Follow your soul's desire"

Your soul, spirit, heart, brain, self (whatever you want to call it) wants things in this life. You know you do. You talk to yourself everyday and every night. You are constantly going through an internal dialog, asking questions, making comments, passing judgment. You always KNOW what you desires are. you ALWAYS know what you want out of life. You are the ONLY person that knows you as well as you do...Get it?

How does this pertain to pickup?

Well, easy, remember the 3 second rule? It's essentially the same thing, except so much more. You see. When you see a girl you want to approach your body goes through a number of things, the first of them being the DESIRE to go and talk to that girl. After that follows a rampage of negative thoughts usually surrounding the idea that you are not good enough, or you will get shot down, or one of the thousand other reasons or mechanisms you have created for yourself as a means for not going up and talking to that girl. Maybe your past defines how scary it is to approach a woman.

Why does there need to be anything in between Desire and Action?

That's where frustration sets in, and that compounds the negative thinking and amplifies it. The self fulfilling prophecy. the idea that you are never good enough to go up to her and say anything. You have shown yourself exactly why you are not good enough. cause you can't even make the first step...

Frustration and Anxiety are a result of you not following your path. Not following you inner desires. Not going with the soul; if you will...The more you fight your desires the more frustration sets in. The more your make reasons for not doing it. The more you solidify your idea that you are worthless.

The issue with most of us guys is that we carry our pasts with us. We hold on to the ideas of the commentary we've made in regards to our "unworthiness" and our failed actions continue to strengthen this idea. We define who we are by what we have experienced. we used our past as a ruler in which to gauge our current self.

It is by this idea that we create ourselves. That we, at some point have allowed ourselves to be defined, or rather, to define ourselves by the experience we have had in the past rather than create the us we want to be in the present, or even the future.

We create our realities on who we are and how we interact. We know better than anyone else in this existence what we want for our of life, and being any less or any different does nothing but to serve as a disservice to everything our life does or should stand for.

Go with the soul.

The past should no longer matter when it comes to approaching women, or groups or women, or groups of people. Hell it shouldn't even matter in regards to going about your daily lives. The only thing that matters is the soul's desire.

What I am saying is this:

Canned lines, routines, gawdy makeup and clothing, peacocking serves as nothing more but to mask the you that you really are. Like drugs it does nothing but momentarily satisfy your desire to mask yourself as if you were some how afriad that if they saw the real you they would surely run away in pure fright.

(excuse the analogy)

It's like taking a piece of shit and putting a suit and tie on it. It's still a piece of shit. ( not that I think any one of you is a piece of shit).

In other words, both guys, the guy you were, and the guy you have fabricated are both the same, just in different clothing. The real you is the one that is not afraid. Period.

I am not sure where I was going with this, but work is almost over so I have to wrap it up. I know I don't post here a lot, but I am always busy. so consider this a goodwill contribution to the community. I am around...just working on myself....
