Have been a long term lurker on here, and decided to take the plunge. Seems I am a bit late to the party. A bit of background, I am a doctor....have had a couple of girlfriends none too serious stuff. Unfortunately I am now 30 and am still a virgin. I guess my religious upbringing made me think all sex etc. is quite important. Anyways I guess I have made up my mind thats not what life is all about. Funny enough many instances women have approached me and I have been too naive to take it a level up. In my profession, I get up close and personal to many women...but I guess I cannot replicate the confidence of the clinic into non clinic scenarios.

Now to an important question, I would love to get women from myspace to myplace...lol....but I do not have a mate who can be my wingman. Does one need a wingman?

your position is not hopeless, and you dont need a wingman. Your a doctor, a couple of things I can get right from that. Your smart, dedicated to what you do, and your job requires to have confindence in what you do.

I use to have trouble replicating my confience at the Gym to my workplace. So I started thinking that everyone at my workplace wanted to work out. Next thing you know, I just start naturally talking to everyone as if were at the gym.

What you can do is picture everyone being a patient.
Try it out have fun with it, and be yourself.

I think if you want to get a girl on myspace, depending on who your hollering at, the best way to do it is ask a question something relating to her.

Like "ALEX" (member on this forum), who asked a girl if she had real hair or a wig on. lol it kinda backfired on him but stuff like that can really get a conversation going.

Just don't say "Hi, I like to get to know ya, please add me", they get lots of that bs... I made up my own fake female profile to see how guys respond and those were the #1 responses haha and it was funny some dude wrote me a love letter. idiots.

Uhm, you said something about religion, and how that had something to do with you being virgin. Sounds like Muslim or something, or maybe not but if you are hollering at middle eastern girls, than there are some other rules you need to follow especially if they are not born here in the states.

Thanks guys for your replies. I kind of agree with what you guys are saying. I think I am being an AFC like many others in this world. I have to take control of this aspect of life. Thankfully there is a forum like this, which helps a lot. Cheers. Shall keep posting.
