i'm still new to this whole PUA stuff. Last night I went out in a group setting with this HB9 for drinks. I think I might have over neg'd her. We have a mutual female friend that i'm really close with, and my friend randomly tells me "can you bring your your attitude down a bit?"
I felt kinda dumb so I just ignored her and kept talking to the HB. I'm hoping I didn't F things up with this chick... I am thinking about sending a txt to the HB apologizing if i came across like an a-hole??? Or what should I do?

I wouldn't text, just avoid neging as much/at all in the future, I think lots of people read too much into neging. It was designed for girls with an over inflated sense of self worth, the type that would say you don't have a chance etc not for normal women.

In moderation they can work well on normal women but a lot of people over do it and don't know quite how far they can push things without coming off as an asshole. Same with cocky funny.

Yes you can over neg....but dont ever ever ever let a girl affect you in front of other women! You need to have the I dont give a shit attitude when you are with women....this doesint mean be a dick and tell her to fuck off but In that situation I would have said somthing like "Mabey at some point I might....but its to easy" and then laugh. In the future tone it down though man! Any more then 4-5 negs in a night is going over board and even that is pushing it for most women. Most new PUA's use negs as a crutch and then they have nothing real to say to the girls.....so all she sees is a cock prick who has nothing to say. Learn how to talk to women as If you wer your budy, and then throw in some negs.

By the way a neg doesint need to be obvious. A neg can be somthing as small as "hey whip your eye you have an eye goober" or "You know its to bad your not my type because you are beautiful". Iduno you can think of many that she cant and wont be offended by yet they still are things that make her think wow this guy realy doesint care what I think of him.

I think since I'm so new at this stuff the last few times I've been out w/ a girl I find myself constantly thinking about body language, negs, EHV etc... so I'm almost not able to be myself. But I know its like anything new, once you get used to it, it'll come natural... Then I'll be gettin' more ass than a toilet seat!

I went through this my mind was like overflowing with stuff, you should strip it down, find out what works for you and why these ideas work. Will make you more natural and even better give you less to remember its win win

Can you give an example of how to strip your game down? Im goin thru this I think where I have too much information. How do I strip down by A1-A3 phase? Are you basically just saying pick my best 3 openers, 3 dhvs, 3 negs, etc. and only use those b/c they work for me?

I ditched the a1-a3 model and all that, it just confused me. Also don't worry about remembering many routines lots will come to you naturally, like "is she always like this".

The best advice I can give is think about your most successful set and what it was they reacted too, for example I don't bother with DHV stories or any scripted DHV stuff, not because my life is a glowing ball of DHV lol quite the opposite but because if you can spin things you can appear however you want to be.

no job - I got tired of doing something I wasn't passionate about so decided to take action and hunt for another job

no money- people invest too much into material possessions I would rather enjoy my life and spend money on experiences than buy crap I don't need, how about you?

Make your game 5 points in your head (example below, make one that suits you)
1) don't be needy
2) don't show interest till she does
3) I am the prize, I can take her or leave her
4) remember to keep good body posture
5) remember the 3 question routine


This makes everything you need bitesized and yes you may get blown out more for a while but you will begin sculpting a system that works for you and not some guy on the other side of the world.

Negging is what insecure poor boys do. Poor in the wallet and the soul. The whole concept is wrong to begin with. Negative energy will always repel people from you. Positive energy will always attract things to you. Trust me, you have some serious issues if you are doing the picking up. Think about that.

99% of the pickup stuff I have seen is scam material. Obvious actresses. A few steps away from light porn. Even the "clubs" seem much too cheesy. BTW, who goes to a club/disco to pick up? If you want to meet girls there are hundreds of better ways.
