Think about all the actions you do because you are afraid of society, other people's opinions, or the consequences. Put those aside and act as if they do not exist. IMPORTANT: GET YOUR INNER GAME GOING. You want to be happy, smiling, and naturally high. You heart should be filled mostly with benevolence, or evil if you completely don't care about what others think.

Know you are great the way you are. Because it is true whether or not you are accepting it at the moment.

When you talk to people, show them that you respect them while at the same time giving what you say a lot of gravity.

Most of all be patient and never give up.
