| I have approach anxiety. There. I said it. And I'm ok. But this is something I have needed to get handled. Here are some things I did to get over the most of it.
1. I have my shit together. Listening to David D. has helped me realize a lot that I didn't realize before. So I went to a club for approach-only excersizes.
2. I quit giving a shit. Who cares if she likes me. I will eject a set before I stay around in an awkward situation, which leads to...
3. Minimize awkward situations by having YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!! I have my set opener, set routines, know when to move the set and when to isolate my target, know when to kino and when to kiss close. After running the same thing over and over, you become more congruent. You also have to have congruency with your opener and routines by taking experiences from your own life.
4. Realize that 80% of the women you talk to will be nice and friendly, and 20% will not be. As for that 20%, they missed out and it's their problem, not yours.
5. Handle inner game and the rest handles itself. Once your inner game is tight and unshakable (yes it can be done), you can open with "Your shoe is untied", or "I'm a HUGE nerd, what about you?" or even "I have the world's smallest penis". It doesn't fucking matter. How you say it, however, does.
6. Think of the worst shutdown you ever got from a woman. Now look at her point of view. Then look at it from Jerry Seinfeld's point of view with "Dare to be Stupid" by Wierd Al playing as the music to the scene. Now it seems pretty ridiculous, right? So all the times you sucessfully opened seem pretty tame, and when you get shut down, you think of that scene, that song, and Seinfeld saying "Who is this WOMAN?
7. Practice your body language. If you're slunk over, hands in pockets, head down, you will be shut out very quickly. Watch "Top Gun" and pay close attention to Tom Cruise and his body language. Even the look on his face says "bad boy". Know it and Learn it.
8. Say hi to EVERYONE if you are feeling anxious. In no time you will get in the groove and can run your game.

I didn't number close once the last night I went out. But that's not what I was there for. I was working on my anxiety in a club environment. But I did kiss close, and that works for me...for now.
