A girl that I was having a date with, sent me a text message three hours before the actual meeting that she can't come because she feel bad..like in: she is sick. Do you think she flaked? And if so what is the best answer to this?

It's impossible for usto determine whether or not she flaked from that, we need to know more about the situation so we can gauge on it.

As for a good reply, we would need to know if she was actually sick or if she was just flaking.

I meet this girl with her friend at a miss ceremony...anyway..I made her and her friend laugh and take her messenger id...then after some time I talked with her on messenger...made the 4 questions game and talked a little..I implied that she and I will meet...she said that I am funny ( how do I know she want to meet with me? ) then she agreed..I said the day the hour and the place....she said that she was working then and propose another time...I said that I am busy then but she can gave me her number and I will call her if my schedule became free..I called her the next day...and talk to her and I said that we could meet....then the day when we are supposed to meet she text me three hours before the actual meeting saying that she can't come because she is feeling sick and she is sorry and she hope that I will not be upset...what do you think?

I would say she is genuinely sick, as far as a reply goes simply do the whole get well soon thing and throw in some C+F if you like.
