Ok so its almost time to tell my (oneitis) that I like her. Its about a 60/40 chance in my favor that she likes me back but whatev. The whole point of this is that I will be driving back from class tomorrow alone so any ways I want to break the ice and tell her whats up. We have been pretty close over the last month and I feel like she is playing hard to get

All depends on the status of your relationship. Whats your history with her? If it's going to be coming out of the blue to her it could catch her pretty off guard. NOT GOOD. If there's already some sort of sexual relationship established I'm not sure it'd be the best idea, getting reassurance that she likes you can be found in other ways.

If you absolutely HAVE to indulge your case of oneitis I'd suggest taking a little more time to think about the situation. 60/40 is not good enough to drop that bomb on her, especially if you have her cornered in an awkward situation. Get more physical with her until its obvious that shes interested in you as well. Don't make the mistake of thinking playful kino is enough to warrant a love confession, I mean lets be honest flirting is fun and there's a huge difference between playful fun flirting and sensual flirting. I'd take a step back, pursue some other women, and push her to the side for a little bit. If she keeps responding in the same way you've probably been LJBF'd, but if her jealousy spikes up and shes flirting even more and battling for your time you'll know shes interested.

yeah you its been so wierd with this girl after we first met I got some drunken txts... "your hot" "why dont we hang out more" asked why I didnt have a girlfriend like it suprised her. Wierd thing is after this she was always kinda sketchy, we never did anything past going to get lunch at the dining hall or play basketball so I stopped talking to her. A few days ago I got an "I want to see you, lets hang out again" but shes wierd about everything, hard to get one on one time.

Anyways enough of that I guess I gotta build some attraction like you said and NOT talk about US Airlines ha although I may have fun with that in the future to joke around

when she does something to imply she likes you, say "you like me"

it works on mystrys idea that putting HER hand on YOUR leg is more effective than putting YOUR hand on HER leg. it gives the illusion of control and she's coming onto you instead of vice versa. it is also the added bonus of no risk and it is speaking in metaphoric language so it will communicate a lot better. I did this once and it was defiantly more powerful that "I like you" could have ever been.....
