i'm not gonna lie. i shave almost everyday, but i don't use a razor. i actually bought an electric one. i don't have irritation anymore, and it takes about 5 mins right before i shower in the mornings. it's simple and it works, and the best part is i don't have any itchyness or irritation. :)

this is so long im not reading the replys but here is what i do:

i have a personal trimmer like they use at a hair salon and after i shower (so im clean) i sometimes put the attachment on and trim my pubes (on my balls and skin around penis) to the right length that i like. I also shave my shaft with a nose hair trimmer. Both work and do not irritate my skin/risk ripping or slicing the sensitive skin. You still have to make sure the skin isnt folded up too much. when i shave my shaft i make sure i have an erection.

Some girls think a fully shaved guy is too metro... I keep some pubic hair but i keep my shaft clean. the shorter your pubes the longer your penis will appear

and as far as critisising guys who shave their pubes completely here is what i say:

I know a few guys who claim to shave completely that get WAY more pussy than me.

however I do believe this you disqual yourself with some girls who have the mistaken belief that is "too metro" or w/e as if there is such a thing

but really if you have the game to get a girl that far, its not gunna really stop you from having sex...

so i odnt even kno.

what am i saying... the only time i completely shaved my pubes i got sooooo much razor irritation it looked like i had an std and i still got alot of pussy. it lasted like three weeks. and it hurt.

Me and my ex-girlfriend shelly got into a conversation about this very topic. It all started because she was a hair stylist, talking about a hard day at work. So I made a joke about growing my pubes longer than my hair. (You had to be there)
She laughed, and said "Most women prefer men to have short pubes and a clean shaft, because having long pubes is messy and having them shaved off makes it look like your trying to hard and that you are ashamed of your size"

So there's some advice for you, free of charge :)

Brought a trimmer today and trimed pubes. I would recommend it to everyone, beats shaving, no itching, safe cause has the clips and quick

If you haven't consider it this has been by far the best for me and for many others I'm sure who like it short but don't go bare because either they dont want to or because of razor burn and ingrown hairs.

Norelco BodyGroomer you can pick this up at any retail walmart, Target, cvs, etc. It runs for roughly 40 bucks or less after tax and it will mow down your body hairs with ease. You don't have to worry about any razor burns or ingrown hairs, or accidentally nicking yourself. Seriously its like a magic wand for guys.

As far as itching goes it can get sometimes itchy I think it depends on the person it hasn't been that bad for me anymore and I shave every 1-2 weeks. If you are getting itchy try using Goldbond body powder, as I heard someone tell me once it feels like 1,000 little ice gnomes massaging your balls. I tried it works pretty good I went with the standard yellow bottle not the green one which is suppose to be stronger.

The best part about the norelco is that it has shaving guards if you dont want it too short I just go no guard but not using the razor so its like a super short stub.

Anyway hope that helps and don't listen to these guys hating on guys who shave their pubes its reasons like that men have missed out on a lot because were to scared to share information with each other, hence us learning PUA skills...

Alright some what off subject BUT since were talking about shaving.
If you have some hair on you upper thigh and a little on you a*s
should you shave it, or even wax it?

Thought about shaving then decided didnt want to deal with shaving all the time, so Id wax. But then i thought WAX wtf.. ha
Haha, So idk what do you guys think. like I said its not much hair
but Imma trim the pubes so I might as well get this to right.

me and my ex one night thought it would be funny to wax my ass/taint and we did... not the best experience...

I used to shave every week or soo but it become to much of a hassle... so now i wax my pubic region and shave everything else... not as bad if you got the balls to rip something off that you know is going to hurt

Some girls like guys trimmed and other like guys hairless... i decided to go hairless about two years ago when i worked as a bartender/stripper at this place out in Pittsburgh and it has stuck

I shave everything using a special trimmer i bought on amazon..

read the reviews.. its amazing.

and I have had many girls tell me they prefer clean shaven down stairs... especially if you like getting head.
I've shaved sack and stick and trimmed elsewhere before... the girl loved it. I've heard good things about epilators though (esp. the silkepil) and girls have nibbled (haha) at the idea of going commando, so to speak... What does anyone else know about epilators in comparison to shaving?

who wants a ballstache ride?!!

Shaving gave me mega razor burn, trimming is the way to go. I will say one thing though.

Trimming=more blow jobs than doing nothing

Also not as painful as waxing apparently, probably more painful than shaving but less problems with stubble/regrowth/ingrown hairs.
