Hey guys...great points here! Once I stopped being enamored by yuor accents I listened to your points and I thought they were well thought out and unique. Madals...very reminisit of an afc adam style....glad you did a second take But I'm so glad that you brought up the subject that you just can't TELL someone to be confident and then they are. It is easy to say that after you have been through it and lose patience with those who are not confident...but you outlined clear steps on how someone can actually achieve confidence!

Great vid/audio guys, I await with bated breath the next instalment of what could be a great series.
Loved Fin`s audio on "excellence" - got me thinking.
I had to increase the volume but could easilly tune out, in my head, any background bits (better microphone?).
