Okay ... a question designed to let the true geek shine.
I'll try to stick to the movie versions for those who may never have collected comics. Fortunately, they're much better with the characters than they used to be, though the characters are still basically stick figures compared to what they are in the comics.
The difference between Iron Man and SPAM is HUGE. I like SPAM, but while he is popular with the ladies, he's way too OCD to let go and have a good time. Even when Bruce Wayne let's go it's all just show for his secret ID, or in his opinion his REAL identity.
Tony Stark however loves the ladies, and has no modesty about it. He takes time to enjoy himself, and doesn't get involved with petty thieves unless they are trying to pull something right in front of him. Tony is a natural PUA, and a gentleman in his own way.
Wolverine is bad-ass, he's all Alpha, and I can see him being the ultimate dream of any woman who manages to attract his attention. He is relentless and nigh-unstoppable. He can detect an individual persons scent like a bloodhound, he can't be injured for long, and loyal to a fault. Left alone he will destroy anything or kill anyone to protect those he cares about. He is the perfect synthesis of animal power and noble hero. The barely tamed beast. He's not really a ladies man though, and has only had a few lovers.
I stuck to the presented three, but there are many in comics who are good. I stopped collecting comics when they stopped printing on pulp.
