ok i am pretty exhausted and haven't slept in about 22 hours but i was thinking about when you ask a girl a question and they reply with "i dunno", especially high school chicks... now this could just be the insomnia talking but... what do you guys think about this???

You - blahblahblahblah????
Her - I dunno
You - ahh your so generic, you girls never know what you want, or if you do your too shy to say it... (if no response freeze out for a bit)

I was thinking this would provoke her into qualifying herself and DHV all at once because your showing understanding whilst making her out to be un-unique (only word that seemed to fit) and if she doesn't respond freezing her out demonstrates your standards... or is this already covered in the MM...

any other ways you guys have got around them????

Might try your line.

I usually just tell them that I was looking for an opinion, also I have said things like " Geez, thanks that really helps. " Both of these should be done in a C&F tone. After they tend to laugh and then elaborate on why they are not very sure. Hope this helps.

As with all things in PU break down the structure of the interaction and format a solution within the structure. It all is pretty simple actually since there's just a few key rules and then knowing how to make it socially calibrated. For example in this case...

You asked for investment and she broke rapport with you. The answer to this is to break rapport back and ask for a smaller level of investment. Just make sure it's done in a socially acceptable way. The exact HOW to do it can be done in a ton of different ways, that parts up to you. Here's an example.

Psych: What do you suggest I eat? (qualification and asking for investment)
HB: I dunno (breaking rapport)
Psych: hahaha not a life or death choice hun (breaking rapport) you think the chicken or the steak? (asking for a lower level of investment)

Hope this helps

Psych_ I'm stealing that...
It's LIKE the neg theory, is what your saying?.. bringing the interaction to an equal level.. so you constantly match her level of rapport, she breaks you break and ask for less investment... I think I've got it...

so would my Idea of asking for the same investment:

You - blahblahblahblah????
Her - I dunno
You - ahh your so generic, you girls never know what you want, or if you do your too shy to say it... (if no response freeze out for a bit)

had a negative effect?

you got a freeze out b/c your comment showed you have "BAGGAGE"

I'll elaborate:

"you find women don't know what they want, or are too shy to say it"

translation: the girl now thinks that other females are uncomfortable expressing themselves around you (hence they come off as shy) = poor rapport and communication skills.

Also, you are conveying that you are frustrated with girls b/c of reason XYZ. So the girl figures that the reason you are frustrated is you aren't having much success with women = AFC = DLV.

hence the freeze out.

BTW, im not saying you are an AFC... I'm just saying that your joke gave off those vibes...

The other joke "its not a life or death decision" was a tease and didn't convey any of those negative attributes... hence it works....

"I dunno"= Indicator of Disinterest from her

I personally say "dunno" whenever I break rapport with someone I find to be not that interesting of engaging.

Women are no different.

i saw some guy giving an interview on youtube... i think on dr. phil... either way, he's PUA from NYC and he's getting air time on TV so he's pretty good.

Regardless, he said we walks away MID-SENTENCE when gets a 'low energy vibe' from the girl.. another words, if the girl isnt feeling your game... LEAVE. there could be 100s of reasons why shes not going for it.. 1) shes taken 2) she doesnt like u 3) she likes u too much and thinks your a player (which is more likely the case)...

so if a girl says "I Dont Know" - by the word Dont - i'd be half way across the room talking to someone else!

They are saying i dunno. They dont mean i dunno. In the past this response has attained the outcome that they have wanted. No.
If you are requesting something - i.e a date and she says i dunno 9/10 its a no.
Usually in fact its a rejective statement.
