Ok, I personally dislike the name, but whatever, you know the concept. I'm looking to rent a house and fill it with several people in order to afford it, so I figured perhaps there's some up and coming guys here (or interested in learning) that might be interested in taking advantage of this situation.

What you get:

- Me. I'll be living with you and as such you get to pick my brain for free and get as much free coaching as I have time to give you. I'm currently charging $200 a day for coaching, so consider the value of this as you get on-going training for as long as you live there, 30 days a month, 365 days a year.

- My friends. I am friends with some really amazing people that you'll most likely end up meeting and getting some time to learn from as well. Yes, I AM talking about other instructors. I'm not guaranteeing anything, or saying we're gonna suck value from these people (so if your name is mentioned here, please don't hate me) but if you're around and they're around, then you'll end up rubbing elbows with guys like Johnny Soporno, Sean Messenger, Tung, Zac Lui, probably Barry Kirke (aka 26 aka Extramask) and other students and guys interested in this stuff that you can learn from and hang out with to improve yourself.

- A place to live. Cool, that's what I'm looking for too! Somewhere that is enjoyable to live, people are friendly, fun and have common interests. Reasonable rent because of the group setup and a kickass landlord (myself) that isn't a douchebag to deal with.

So the scoop is, I'm looking for a place on the subway line, or walking distance from George Brown Casa Loma campus (Dupont Subway Station). Don't have a place found yet, so not sure how many guys can fit (better start competing for a spot!) and don't have a price tag. I'm thoroughly open to suggestions.

Note, the sole focus of this isn't pickup and having sex with a bagillion women, although I'm sure we'll have that happening and it'll be a blast. The main focus is creating a wicked house that everyone loves to live in, reasonably priced (if you live in Toronto you know what I'm talking about) and having roommates that are awesome people that you enjoy hanging out with, cause we all have common interests and we're all fun and outgoing people (or learning to become that).

So apply here. Don't PM me, I'll just post you PM here and then tell you that you lost points for not following directions and points count in this contest. Also, if you already have a place to live, again consider the cost of breaking your lease/moving and the value you gain instead by living in a place where you basically get $200/day given to you for free. That's a pretty decent exchange if you're really looking to make some improvements in your life.

Oh how I wish I lived in Toronto!
Sounds like a great opportunity.

this wouldn't be a bad idea. Although rent would play a deciding factor in this. Plus, dupont would be a pretty kick ass area, to where i already live(scarborough). let me know how this progresses.

As I said, the primary concern isn't merely learning pickup skills; that's gonna happen regardless, so I don't see the point on emphasizing it and making the same mistake that every other house like this has ever made. I don't want crazy creepy fuckers that are gonna stop going to work or school, just so they can improve their "technique". This is something for real people, normal people, that want to live in a kickass house that is affordable (I can't afford anything over $700/month, so I'm not planning on a place that costs more than that and that's with utilities included).

The added bonus of choosing to live in this house is that you get to learn from me personally for free, as well as anyone else that I'm in contact with and have a group of guys in-house that you can go out to bars with easily. We could even have some cool little parties.

I also forgot to mention that as an extra super bonus you will automatically get included in the MASSIVE project that I am currently working on. That's another free enrollment into a program that I will be charging other people for and that may very well change the face of the pickup community forever. Does that sound a little interesting to you? Good, cause that's all the details you get until you man up and show that you are interested enough to be one of the priveleged few that have the info and that will be reaping the ungodly rewards of this project. Nothing like getting to work right along side Johnny Soporno, Sean Messenger, JSmooth, Hobbit and a few amazing members of this forum, as well as hopefully a whole slew of the upper crust of the community once the project actually gets under way.

Alright, everyone that is sitting on their asses saying, "I'll see how this goes and then I'll respond," you are gonna be dissappointed. I'm not gonna do this if no one is interested and I can just as easily rent out the basement suite a few blocks away from my school, but this would be cooler.

I just got off the phone with my buddy Tung, who is another instructor and he's pretty interested in the idea, as well as my assistant Zac Lui. We're talking about running meetings out of the place and workshops and seminars, so you'd get to sit in on some pretty sweet stuff.

We're thinking if we have rent at about $700 and have 4 guys we can get a pretty sick place downtown. If you're counting, that means that Zac, Tung and me makes 3, so there may only be 1 more spot left...

This sounds really interesting man, but I guess I have to ask what kind of timing are you guys looking at? I'm stuck in a situation where I may be coming back to Toronto in the new year, but my company is in the middle of this big corporate restructuring that has put the details of my situation on the backburner...

December 1st is what I'm hoping for. January may be a possibility if that's what everyone else is saying (saw some pretty sweet ass places for Jan 1st), but I don't think any later than that.

Aghh, I was hoping it wouldn't be so soon. Sorry, but I'm pretty sure that unless something really drastic happens, I'll be here in Munich until at least March/April. This sounds like it would be a great time, so I hope you make this happen!

BTW, a good friend of mine was sharing a really nice house in the area (near the donut shop and a stone's throw from Vesta Lunch) years ago when he was going to U of T, and it's a great area - I have lots of good foggy memories.

I can agree with the point Rye is making here, that you shouldn't need to be focusing on the pick up side on things. I founded "Project Auckland", and I know from simply living another person who shares my interest in pick up we both get huge gains without even really trying to. Lots of little things, like discussing some new pick up theory over dinner or bouncing ideas off each other and having a sounding board for when we are having/had trouble with a girl.

$200 a day is all you charge? That is a great deal. How much do you charge for being an email coach?

Don't sweat it! The average age on here is probably 15 or 16. You have many good years ahead of you.

Rye, I think this is a great idea. I've learned quite a bit from your posts and unfortunately, Im in the States. lol I'm sure anyone who decides to room with you will be pretty much catapulted to better PU. But depending on how this country goes in the near future, I may just be in Canada anyway. lol

I'm currently charging $100 for 4 hours worth of coaching via phone, msn, chat or whatever live means. That can be done in anywhere from 2 to 4 sessions over the course of a month. I haven't set anything up for email coaching, but I could probably be talked into it.
