So I was out in field the other night and I opened a two set, I wasn't quite feeling them so I said "nice to meet you" and returned to my group of friends.

Throughout the night I saw several guys approach the same two set that I talked to and it was blatantly OBVIOUS that they were doing things from Mystery's Pick up Artist Show.

I noticed that in season two, they use a lot of twirling as a compliance test. I saw Brian do it multiple times and I remember seeing one of the others using the twirling technique to steal the targets chair.

So that night I saw THREE guys twirl the EXACT same two set within 10 - 15 minutes.

I just thought that this was funny and was wondering if that two set thought it was weird that guys were twirling them around.

blah.. twirling targets was one of my favorite gambits too... so easy to lock in a set by twirling a girl out of her spot or her chair.

Did you happen to notice if anyone got called out or blown out?

I've never used it but might start. Its a great gambit from what I've seen but it would be better if there were different ways to lock in that look cool like that one. :?

I was trying to listen in on the conversation but it was too loud. The first guy that did it looked like he got blown out because once he stole the seat, a minute later he gave it back. As for the other two times, I wasn't really paying attention, but the set didn't really seem engaged and in both instances the guy just left could have been possible that they were called out on it.

I think instead of twirling, I'm going to start to use some lock in props.

I replied to another post in another section about this. I was twirling targets since before the show. I would give a high five then do the twirl. I've probably done it 1000 times. Last night I got called out on it by the obstacle girl. It was lame and I wasn't sure how to respond.

Wow, did the girl say that she knew the twirling thing was from the show? What did you do after she called you out?

Remember these words! "I seen it on a show, I thought I would try it" Then laugh
