Ok basically this is the technique that destroys other alpha males etc etc..

i only know a tiny bit about this and heard its a good technique from the one and only AFC Adam ;)

who can explain in better detail for me?

Meta Game isnt about Amog. :?

Simply, its about working a room to get social proof. Once you have that then the hotter girls will come to you. As many will know thats Adams preferred style of Game.
