I work at a fairly busy McDonald's. A shit job, but i love the people i work with. We have a great managing team and a great staff. The second highest manager (1st assistant) is drop dead gorgeous. so naturally i game her.

I'm the only lowly crew person she likes. I've even gotten her to be my prom date! ( I'm 16 she's 21) She always calls me hunny and sweety etc. and I game her every time we work together. When she made the schedules she made it so we'd work together all the time.

How do I respond to such a situation. I'm not sure if she's just being flirty of giving me actual IOIs. She lives with her huge boyfriend and to top it I'm gonna quit soon. I really need help on this one.

She most probably loves you as a brother. Depending on where you live, it is illegal for her to have any sexual contact with you if you are underage under your country's laws.
