I've had this happen a few times and quite don't understand what's behind it. Say I have plans with a girl. This has happened at various points in relationship...and wouldn't say it's like always first date or whatever.

So she breaks the plans. But later in the night in she will text/call saying what a miserable time she had. How do you react to this? I wanna be like, bitch you chose not to hang out with me, of course you had a terrible time.

Allow her to ask a question of herself concerning why she's having a bad time and how she could have a better one.

eg.

"That's too bad, I wish you were having a better time! Would you be having more fun if you were here with me?"

If it's feasable, then you can ask her if she'd rather be there with you and if she says yes, then you can invite her to come. If it won't work, then tell her that is she wants, you can plan another time together.

Don't say anything fasicious like you suggested in your post, as that will only increase the distance between you.
