Hey,

Im new. Not new to the game, but new to the board. Got into it about 2 years ago, and was doing great. But one of my F closes turned into a girlfriend. So I've been out of the game for the past year and a half. But now I'm single and want to brush up on my skills.

My main problem is that because I had a girlfriend for so long that the approach anxiety that I worked so hard to get rid of 2 years ago, has snuck back into my head and is causing me problems. So any tips on getting rid of it are appreciated.
