Hitting on a coworker is a delicate subject. I need some advice on how I should approach it and flirt without making things uncomfortable.

So I work at a real estate company, and the girl I'm interested in is OLDER than me (probably by about a couple of years). She doesn't work in my department, but I do see her every now and then. She looks pretty good for her age, but I don't know if she's married or has kids, etc.

She was teaching me something today. She was a little cold and curt when we started but she warmed up as time went on. Near the end, she seemed pretty comfortable and was requesting that we spend some more time together so she could teach me some more things.

What can I do and say to find out: a) if she's married or has a serious boyfriend, and b)to stir the waters and see if she's interested, and c)if we can meet up outside of work?

Spend time with her don't ask her about boyfriend or husband let her bring that up herself. If she is married or is seeing someone then follow your code of ethics on what you want to do with her in the future. I personally don't like to mess with married women but women with boyfriends psshhh =)
