i have a 21st coming up in 3 weeks...
the theme is pretty crap. i need to dress up as an era.
any ideas?

like 60's hippie, 40's war hero, 80's hair metal, 1920's chaplin, cave man etc. i'm thinking 80's hair metal... can make a guitar out of cardboard and get one of those cheap wigs. then don a megadeth shirt, shorts and all stars.
or i can be from the future... in board shorts. i can say global warming resulted in permanent summer and now everybody surfs everywhere...

i think i can play around with the future a bit... could work well for storytelling and roleplaying...

Dont go as a surfer fool!!! its the perfect chance for an avataar better than mysterys himself!! EVERYONE id going to be dressd quite literally - old fashioned. they will have minus value. why not rocket your own? get futuristic gadgets on your arm, 6 inch platform boots, all of your peacocking material.

go for an 80's theme. It's great because its an era many people would describe as god's blind spot for fashion. You'll definitely be peacocked as hell and hopefully some of the girls will remember the clothing.

about 30 other people will do this. and the same with the roman one. even if no1 else does - the girls would have seen the concept before so it loses all value. futuristic on the other hand has sky high value - no1 has seen it.
