I read of something called the Titty-Punch Neg in an article...what is it? I did a search and couldn't find anything

That' straight out of Superbad, when he's putting on his backpack and someone bumps him and he punches that chick in the boob. That was hilarious, though I don't think it should ever be tried in real life.
