if im not mistaken he's a real pua who has a mentee in the begginging

bit of a plot summary:was a loser in high school, got away to the big city, lost like 300 pounds, became a pua, works for a record company, comes back to town trying to seduce the girl who left him in the friend zone all his life, has to compete with another former loser now pua mastermind for the girl, blah blah funny watch it

most memorable line:"why are you doing smilling like a friggin idiot??"

Just saw Hitch the over day, pretty cool. The bit where he gives the money to the chick as though she's a waitress is cool, very c/f

Christ guys, I'm SHOCKED noone mentioned Californication with David Duchovny yet!

Sure, it's a series, but man, this guy is smooth. He's got such charisma he makes me seriously want to pick smoking back up. And the ladies are are nice!

What is up with newbies and reviving dead threads? How the heck do they find them anyway? Well, I'm actually kinda glad this thread was brought back up from the dead.

I recommend the movie Sex and Death 101 with Winona Ryder. It's about this guy who magically gets a list of all the women he's ever slept with and all the women he's going to sleep with in the future. It's really cool to see the main character in both PUA mode and AFC mode and to compare them.

Not exactly a PUA movie but if anyone has seen the new Iron Man with Robert Downey Jr., I believe the personality and attitude that Downey Jr. has with the main character Tony Stark is just like how a confident attractive alpha male should act.

Me and my bro watched Brokedown palace last night and I swear the oz guy who tips off customs was written by a PUA. Whilst he is seducing the two women he uses FTCs, qualifiers, negs and some other bits, it can't have been a coincidence.

I saw Hitch. It had some things wrong but some things right too. I liked it.

I also got Top Gun because David DeAngelo recommended it.
It was the best romantic movie ever. It was really intense.

I saw Hitch for the first time just the other night. I was pleased to see how it showcased both sides of the coin. Whenever Hitch is criticizing Albert for some AFC behaviour or another, you can see the tension in the real community. When should you change your behaviour, when should you conceal / delay certain behaviours, and when should you just be yourself?

It's a romantic comedy, so obviously it has a happy ending. I think it's the "right" ending, though. Getting the girl is the domain of pickup. You have to be willing to show off the "real" you, though, to establish lasting compatibility. That's what I liked about the movie. Hitch gave Albert the tools and the confidence to catch Allegra's eye and then Albert won her over with his own personality.

That's a truly high-value outcome, in my opinion. A good PUA can "get" most women he wants, but it's a whole lot easier to keep a woman when you and she actually get along well together.

Tao of Steve. Simply awesome. It goes on premise that if you want a girl you have to not act like you want her. Which is what basically all pick up is based on. Lol.
