Hey I am a new PUA. But what happens if the apple of your eye is a bartender. Anyone recommend different techniques to picking her up. Her focus is obviously to make money and serve drinks but how do you draw her focus toward you?

Go in at times when she's working and the bar is NOT busy. Proceed to run good game.

back in the days I made the mistake waiting for the bartender til most people in the club were gone. whichctotally lovered my value...she was nice to me but said she had a boyfriend...

its simple: this doesn't work. here is what does:

make as many friends in the club a possible, chat with the dj, with her collegues aso. have some fun with girls - that she can see it. if you do this and approach her afterwards, she will be interested, curious about you. also dont give up value too soon with her, use some NEGs with a smile on your face...
