Today walking to nowhere i just walk like 30 min in my lunch time, i was wearing a very nice suit so i was trying to make eye contact with girls, looking for some good oportunity to approach ... and i spotted a girl talking by cellphone, i think she saw me first because when i saw her she inmediatly look down acting like she wasn´t looking...

But i realized she was in my same class in college like 12 years ago, i have hers facebook because we have friends in common in the same class... anyway.. after she looked away i tryied to keep eye contact, was a fraction of a second, but she didn´t look me again.... you know this awkward feeling when you recongize someone from years ago and you look and he looks away then he looks and you look away jaja.. Well she didn't looked me again and she's talking by cellphone so i didn't stop to talk to her, maybe due Approach Anxiety, she is not a HB10 i think she's a HB5 , great hips but not a really cute face.
But walking down the street i started to think the stupid i was, why i did`t talked to her.. i don't know....

Well later the same day i received a Facebook message

"Hey i think i saw you today in X street, im not shure it was you??? i was talking by cellphone.
take care
Bye"

What do you think is the best answer to that question

Are you joking mate? If this isnt IOI, then what is? Tell that you werent sure if she was her and she looked so familiar and thank her for clearing your doubt and ask how she is doing and build some rapport and ask her if she wants to hang out sometime..

Definitely an IOI...the fact that she even wrote you shows she is trying to intiate a chat...she must be doing it for a reason right?

Just be humorous and flirtatious from the begining. I would reply "Yes, I did see you. Pretty rude you didnt come up and say hi. I thought we were BFF's!"'

She should reply with a "LOL" or something of that nature. She already broke the ice so you got to keep it going. Best advice is to be flirtacious from the begining. Call it your statement of intent. This way she knows (as well as you do) that any progression of this conversation is going to increase in a sexual nature as well as being fun and interesting. The best thing is she is not sure if your joking or serious and girls love these kind of head games!

if you make eye contact with a girl and she looks away it's an ioi. and another thing, you don't have to have some witty C and F line everything time. A simple hi for an approach has worked for me. Just reply saying, i thought it was you...blah blah blah.

Making eye contact with a girl and her looking away is not necessarily an IOI. It is what she does after she looks away that is the giveaway. If she plays with her hair after looking away, that is an IOI. If she checks her watch after looking away that is an IOI. looking away by itself is not an IOI at all. She is going to look away, guaranteed. It is her reaction afterwards that will tell you her intentions
