personally i dont like canned lines. because the way i see it is that your gunna get to a point that u are goin to get stuck and be out of ammo.
practise naturalism. just say they the first thing that comes to your head and see where it gets u.

this is wot i belive but there are others who will disagree but canned lines dont work for me but..... i do advise learnin the cube, stawberry fields.... 5 questions. ect.. they are loads of funn..

i totally agree with that, i will run out, but i think its much easier to play off something than play off nothing, if i practise practise practise with some material, i can improvise on that material more readily if ive used more

Canned openers,as time passes,are becoming more useless and mainstream,especially with Mystery's VH1 show on the air.

Those openers would best be used as guidelines to "How an opener should look like".Use the canned material for practice,and,as you grow more knowledgeable,start to observe you're surroundings,and think of more original openers,which will be the future of opening.

Heres a funny little opener that i use quite a bit, it works quite wel and gets them laughing.

Canned lines are good to build confidence for a while. No shame in that.

Did you see the banter thread (here in Introduce Yourself)? Crammage (dot com) seems like a great tool for making banter lines come out of your mouth automatically, without thinking. But I just tried it, so I won't know until I used it for a few days.

The thing to do here would be ignore her and turn to her mate and start a conversation with her about ANYTHING FLuff talk it for a little bit then turn back to your target and go into a routine or try some conpliance tests with her and you should just be able to go from there.

You dont need to go out with a Checklist of things to do you should be yourself and not realy on all canned material just use the basix and then start to talk about stuff youve noticed around you
