So I'm at work, and this girl I see almost every day and we're always friendly comes in early in the morning, pointing out that I don't look happy and telling me about her week, sort of "We're both stressed, maybe we should blow off some steam together" kind of thing(At least I think). Didn't even buy anything, just popped in to see me. Asks me what time I'm getting off, so I'm expecting her to come in and she does......with another dude.
100% not a blood relative, probably not "the boyfriend" since they weren't touching in any way, but she made an offhand comment that told me they were about to go fuck without saying it directly. Then she focuses all her attention on me, but not like usual, talking at me instead of to me. She's got cleavage popping out, when she's usually not the sexpot type, like she's showing me what I lost out on.
Not a case of oneitis, since I know I've got options, but this week is like I needed to relearn that "options" can close off in an instant and I need to step the fuck up(A different girl pulled the exact same shit, although this dude could have been a relative).
So my question is how should I deal with this one in particular? Honestly I'm hoping that she's "done with me" so I can just move the fuck on. Like I said, not oneitis, and I'm not expecting to find any virgins anywhere, but I definitely don't like it when other guys are wielded on me like a weapon. I know what not to do:
Ask about the other guy
Step to her harder
Be outright rude
Show any signs of being hurt(I'm not) or even disapointed(which I am)

But is there anything in particular I should do? Like look for a girl to flirt with when she's around, or stop engaging in conversation? I'm not trying to get her but I definitely don't like it when someone feels like they "own" me.

I think I can understand why she might be pissed since I do have some disinterested body language no matter how flirty a girl is, I never even go for a hug, but yeah, one girl pulled that shit on me, but she was like my best friend and I flirted with her for 2 years without making a move, so all's forgiven I hope she has a good life. This one's just a psycho bitch.

Say fuck it and drop it. Lets her (and others in earshot, as you mention) know she's no skin off your back.

Don't think of it as a power struggle, think of it as a learning experience. Try something just to see how she reacts. That way you'll know what to do if it ever happens again.

I'd say you try this. What's the worst that could happen? But do it in a cocky/funny kind of way not all afc like she hurt your feelings. More calm and collected. Like she doesn't matter to you, but you're still calling her on her rude behavior.
P.S. For all you know she might have done it to get back at you because she's so pissed you never made a move on her, or she may be trying to make you jealous.

I feel like if you don't say that in precisely the right way it will show that you really DO care...is that what you are trying to convey? She may take it offensively and in turn get aggressive and at that point you lose all chances of getting with her. That is a very possible senario if you say that to her.....just something to think about.

And even if she did do it to make you jealous, she is going to blame you for not making a move/being a jerk with that comment and you are going to blame her for what she did. Either way it is just a blame game and that gets you no where. You can still game the girl, just freeze her out then start over.
