I'm sorry for the length in advance, this is my story...

My name is Luis, 20, and I'm from Rockville, MD. The reasoning behind the title is kind of sad but I'm sure some of you guys may have felt this way. I'm coming off of an almost 3 year relationship with an HB10 and it's been 2 months now. I don't want to write up my life story but I have been absolutely miserable. I had my heart broken by a girl who I treated like shit for 2 and a half years and I feel like my guilt and regret has taken everything away from me. I cheated on this girl a countless amount amount of times throughout the relationship but I always had that notion that she'd always be there. She left this fall to go to NY to pursue a career in make-up and before leaving she told me she couldn't do it anymore. We've tried to stay friends (not the case in the very begining) but it seems like she just wants to leave everything behind and just start new now. We don't talk anymore because I don't want to seem desperate to talk to her and she says "she's too busy with school", but I'm just not buying it. She's put up pictures of her at clubs and having fun in NY on facebook and I think it's time for me to get her off my mind. I need to get my life back and move on and I'm hoping the practice of PUA will help me. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Your perception of how you see things, how you feel, is not how things really are. You have 3 years of invested interest in this girl, interest that you hate to see slip away. Your brain tells you that she did this to you, she ripped your heart out, and now you are a broken shell of a man.

Stop taking this shit from yourself. Only you are in control of your life. Only you are going to change yourself. Nothing is your fault, everything is your responsibility. There are no failures, only feedback. You my friend, have three years of feed back. Three years of growth and positive memories. Now. Now you have to move on. If you are ready to make your own happiness, then this is for you.

I havent talked to her in about 2-3 weeks and her birthday is coming up in November, if I dont call or text her, I'm sure she may say something...
