hey, im 26, in jacksonville, FL. Im a smart, sophisticated guy, into lots of things, art, music, football,running...i am a 2nd year law student, good at lots of things, butI have never managed to crack the club scene. I become antisocial and sort of withdrawn in those situations. i have a phobia of the club scene that i never thought i could overcome, but my friends referred me to this site, told me to give it a shot...i'm open to advice...thanks

I'll give you some quick inner game advice.

Define and rationalize every feeling you have. We humans are built perfectly and every emotion, every feeling, is designed to aid us in survival and replication. Our hardwiring is outdated though, built for days when we lived in tribes of 50 or so people. Because of this, some feelings such as approach anxiety and crushes/oneitis, only serve to hinder us.

Define and rationalize every feeling. Know your self and who you are, know what feelings serve you and what do not. Once you know your self and know that you feel this way for a reason, not because you are antisocial, you can choose to feel or act however you see is best fit.
