Hi all!

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but was hoping I could get some feedback on my profile for POF.

I’m…..unconventional. I’m a hot, witty intellectual. My friends love me for it, cos I’ll say what I think and I’m funny when I do. I’m sharp, smart and unpredictable.

If you don’t take yourself too seriously and are able to take a joke then you and I could have some fun together. If you can’t handle someone who’s forthright and honest, then we’re already done…

If were gonna hang out together you gotta like playing pool, partying and have a passion for trying new things. I love the feeling of anticipation I get just before doing something completely new and exotic, there’s no feeling like it…. You don’t have to be as keen on adventure as I am, but you have to be willing to take a walk on the wild side every once in a while, you never know you might like it… Too much logic in your life kills passion and nothing great in this world has been completed without passion.

What we do out on a date? Well I’d prefer to leave that as a surprise…like I said there’s no feeling like the thrill of anticipation…

I'd appreciate any constructive feedback, good or bad!

Stay cool!

POF?

It is plenty of fish...it is a dating site.

As for your profile, you come off a little too harsh because you are listing all these criteria that women have to meet. Instead of saying you have to like/play pool....you could say "I love to play pool so it would be nice if you did too. And if you don't know how to play I could teach you :)" or something like that. Frame your profile in the sense of things you like to do...not a laundry list of things women have to match up with. If there is one particular thing that is a necessity for you, then you can mention it...like, "please dont be a smoker" etc...

chances are, women won't read the entire profile unless your picture is really appealing to them. If they are on the fence about you, they will check out your stats and if those check out they will begin to read your profile. If they get a bad vibe from the start they won't get to the end so make sure you have the important stuff at the beginning and a good attention grabber. If you come off boring, complaining, or cliche at the beginning they prob wont read anymore
