This has to be one of the best all time sales speeches I've ever heard or seen. Alec Baldwin has the attitude for sales or most anything. I like his air of confidence.

Remember- ABC...Always Be Closing
I especially like when he says, "It takes brass balls to close." It applies to pickup in that the idea of either grow some balls and do some good or get out.
Furthermore, Jack Lemmon's character complains the leads are weak. That always reminds me of guys who say the girl was a bitch or whatever. It's 9 times out of 10 or better the guy who approached goofed.
