I just went out and bought a 80 page backpoket notebook.


tell me what I should fill it with? I plan on having it full of numbers by the end of the year

From the back, going towards front, you should write out routines, patterns, and gambits (point form). Use it as a cheat sheet.

Starting at front for phone numbers or for handwriting analysis/other gambits that require pen + paper.

I tried doing this a year ago: it was a video i watched online and the guy was saying that you should write down every single goddamn thing that happens to you or notice throughout the day. then go back and think about exactly what to say in each situation, after about a month i knew exactly what to say and nothing caught me speechless.
