Ok i like the opener i read something of this type a time ago here what's my idea. When you open a set of 2-3-4 girls with that opener you always have a target. You can neg her with this: After the part of the opener where you tell about your sister and that she wants to get some sili boobs you can tell : She has boobs like yours and point your target . I think this will be a good neg. Anyway i will try it next time i go to club. It sounds good.And i will write the result of the boob neg.

i did the opener now maybe 20 times and in 80% of the cases they asked me what the cup size of my sister was.
you should point to the target and say:
well what do you have? B? (if she has C)
yes> well then my sister has C i guess
i have C > well then my sister has D i guess

unless your target already has cup E or DD silicone herself, but then you probably shouldnt try this opener! (yes what to do if your target has big silicone boobs?)
