A good opener I know is this:
You see a girl in the club wearing a hat or something. You look at her as if something isn't right, go up to her, adjust her hat, step back, admire your handy work and, nod, smile and say, 'I just made you 38% more attractive, you owe me one'. They should laugh, and this lets you start whatever routine/conversation you want.
It could just be her clothes that you adjust, like straighten her necklace or something, which is kino itself.
