And lo and behold, I am met with a plethora of AFCs and one very pissed of lesbian. Here's the link to the board:

Sad, yeah. See what happens when you try to help the needy? This kind of stuff makes me not want to give money to homeless people.

Man, I can't believe you didn't see that coming. I stopped using the Gamefaqs message boards 4-5 years ago because I realised that 95% of the people are close minded and just post retarded replies, mostly in acronyms, 3% are decent people but don't think anything can be done about the other 95% (and they're right) and the remaining 2% are what you are and what I used to be, idealists that believe by making meaningful posts something will be achieved, regardless of the fact that over 90% of the people on that site are under 17, have never had a job and never kissed a girl and base all their life experience on games and school.

Sorry bud, but it's a lost cause on that site. I remember the good ol' days (possibly before you were a member) when there was a little thing called Soupy's Soup Kitchen on the contest board and people had semi-intelligent conversation, mixed with lots of sexual innuendo, now every time I check out that forum it's just people flaming. In 12 hours, you've managed to get 13 pages of replies and I bet over 90% are flames.

I <3 PUAF.

While I do agree on your statistical analysis. Someone on that board did mention the term PUA just generally and my natural curiosity lead me to the community. Which in turn helped save me from myself and I where discovered what I always wanted to improve my inner game. So TC, I don't blame you for trying because someone may have been helped by you; just don't go too far out of your way.

I can't say I didn't expect a few moronic replies, but I thought it was amazing to see just how far gone this board was as far as game is concerned. Of course, they accuse ME of not knowing what I'm talking about.

The saddest reply I'd seen on it so far is "The TC (topic creator) thinks that he knows women better than women do lol"

I found it very funny, but at the same I cried a little on the inside because it's the fact that so many people think that women say exactly what they want that keeps guys from being successful, yet it's practically accepted as a fact amongst so many....

I think it's sad, because I honestly - and I'm not trying to be pretentious or think I'm amazing here, because this is true of most good PUAs and men that know how to please women - do know what women want better than they do. Not only do they not say what they truly want most of the time, THEY don't truly know what they want, because they have their beliefs about what they want based upon what they think they should want and then they have what they really do want. Just like most people, we typically don't know precisely what we want, but someone skilled in psychoanalyisis can figure it out better than we can. I often talk to girls and reason out what they are really looking for and desire and when I tell them, they are shocked to realise it's true and that they didn't even know it until then.

Like I said, the majority of Gamefaqs forum users are quite narrow minded in my opinion. There are of course a lot of people there that don't fall into that category, but it's searching for the diamonds in the rough.
