I notice that a lot of people on this site only used canned routines. I was wondering what you guys thought was better routines, or conversationally based (improvised) openers?

Sory I didn't mean to say openers, just routines.

its always best to start with canned ones. that way when you need to improvise them you know all the main points you need. it becomes a natural skill if you can enough.

This is very true... at first it provides great confidence to use the tinned stuff and its fairly safe.... but as you grow in confidence, adapting on canned lines or coming up with your own appraoches can only be beneficial and will come accross alot more genuine... it also has the added benefit of not being heard before... depending on how popular the game is in your area.

Personally, i evaluate the girl as i approach and try to guess what sort of opener would spark the best reaction (based on mood and her perceived perceived value of herself)
