Oh man I would have a field day with this!

First post the sunglasses for sale on eBay then call her,text, email her the web address to where she can buy them back! hahahaha

Tell her you'll only remove the posting if she comes over and gives you private salsa lessons.

Before she gets there prepare a spanish/mexican themed dinner.... mix up some mojitos or margaritas and let the games begin!!!!

Make a great night of it....she'll never forget it man!

It could be two possibilities:
1- she left them on purpose, as an excuse to re-initiate conversation with you
2- she left them by accident

My advice would be to tease her playfully for leaving them behind
