My problem in this area is literally in going from picking up the girl in a club/bar or whatever and then suggesting going back to mine/theirs or wherever. I suck at it, my success rate must be 1/10.

Sure thing. Can you give me a bit of a walkthrough of everything up until that point though? If you can explain how you're approaching girls and the kind of things you're doing with them it'd really help. One of the most vital things here is logistics. If you don't make the logistics line up for this to happen, it won't happen. There are so many factors that you have to plan for, and sometimes the logistics aren't even in your control. You might be able to hail a cab or you might have your own car to drive back to your place if you didn't drink, but even then maybe she came with friends that for some reason she MUST stay with for the whole night.

Dont be sexually timid my friend. This what makes guys who are assholes get the girl while the nice guy is outside in the rain with flowers in his hands. Guys who are jerks express the sexuality and talk dirty even thou the women might pretend she doesnt like that, deep inside weather on subconscious level or not she loves it. Because she cant help it but to imagine doing these things with that guy, and the more she thinks the more attracted she becomes and you know the rest.
