I think the best strategy is to go in with a question she isn't expecting (eg anything other than "what do you do, where are you from, is this the first time you've done this" and then get her to qualify for the next 3 minutes.
I figure that good questions are things like, what kids tv show was your favourite, what's the best holiday you've ever had. these will give me a glimpse into whether she meets my standards, as well as evoke happy memories for her which she'll then associate with me. Thoughts?
