i like a girl now should i talk 2 her everyday or wate like 1 day then talk??

Secretly she doesn't want you to call her everyday. If you call her everday there is no longer that exciting tension of whether or not you are going to call. You want her to wonder what you are doing and why you havent called yet. And when you do call her she will be so releived and excited to talk to you. So dont call her everyday...you can even skip 2 days every now and then. But if you swarm her with calls she will think you are too needy.

yeah but should i talk 2 her to see if she likes me then do it cuz im tyrin to get this girl off a guy who she has onitits with now idk what the hell i should do with this? haha

Talk to her! Don't let too much time go by without you confronting her, or she will place you into the "silent weird guy" category, and possible the "just friends" category. Start it off slow, keep the topics humorous and easy to relate to(jokes, discussion about school, etc.)

If you talk to her, escalation comes into play though, so be prepared to take it all the way if you're going for it.
