I'm right near the tube and well up for some sarging in the city. I've been buffing up at the gym for the last few months and getting my confidence back

I want to go to some boot camps and stuff, I'll have a good read around the site and that but anything you'd recommend that's coming up soon would be sweet,

Nah seriously once you've tried a few things out I'd recommend two companies for bootcamps. The first is the mystery method (Now run by Savoy- Mystery himself has not been involved since oct 06 and is based at venusian arts) However I have heard their bootcamps are shit hot and involve comprehensive instructors who (whilst aren't household names) really do know how to make an "indivdual programme" for you

Pua training I once went to their open day with Richard La Ruina (real name) hosting. He was awesome- I met AFC Adam Lyons here.
Gotta be honest- I feel they have too many attractive and flirty female instructors- which do not help some of the guys who sign up with their game

I am in 8yrs LTR and stil not rusty
