Hey there,

My friend has brought the idea of becoming a PUA to my attention, and i am currently reading 'The Game' and some other material to give myself the right skills.

I have a good friend who i am living with in our own flat in a big city in England. This i feel may be an advantage as English girls outside of London are not as aware of sarging as perhaps those in the cities in the states. My friend is also learning about the methods and is a great close friend who is happy to be a wing man and vice versa.

I come from a sales background, and so in that respect i think it might help in that i have very little approach anxiety, as it is what i used to do on a day to day basis. My friend is a confident lad and also has little approach anxiety, as was demonstrated when we went out the other night.

We approached a few different groups of girls and used some of the techniques i have been reading about and it was at this stage that i realised you have to go into a set with a full knowledge of every stage. I would use a DHV spike, which would seem to work, then i would look for IOI's but then i was sort of left with the feeling of 'what do i do now?' A little more homework needed i think.

One thing i did notice was the fact that when you go out with the intent of chatting to a girl or groups of girls you do come across some real bitches, i mean some of the girls were great, but a few were....well for want of a better word...evil! Obviously this is not a female trait, there are evil men out there too, without a doubt, but one thing i think i have to learn is to get over a woman who has been a bitch and just move on, instead of letting it ruin the rest of the night. Has anyone else experienced this?

As a begginer, would anyone please help me by telling me any essential literature, viewing material or audio i should be getting to improve my abilities?

Also i have been looking at Ross Jeffries, as well as Niel Strauss and Mystery. Although i have every confidence that i will get round to reading it all eventually, is there any way someone who has already read this material could tell me the essentials which i should read first?

Thank you so much to anyone who responds, it's really appreciated.

:D Pabs. :D

Where abouts in england are you?

Some material I recommend is 'The Mystery Method' or 'Revelations'
something by David DeAngelo and the attraction code by Vin DiCarlo but i recommend reading this last of those.

Once you have learnt something go out , try it out and see if you can see yourself using that style.

Hey Im new to this all too, Im just been in an LTR and now playing around with some of the things Ive learnt from this site and books Ive read.

Its amazing how well alot of this stuff works. I also have little AA and dont mind getting shot down to try something new out. I dont have a wing which is a problem, because my mates dont understand what Im doing when I talk to women and so cant wing properly.

Im currently reading the definative book of body language, great for gauging whos good to talk to in a bar, and if their into you. My problem at the moment is holding a crowd, people like mystery and style use magic and other things to keep peoples attention.
I do quite fancy learning a bit of magic or something equally as groovy anyone know any decent books?

I'm in Birmingham, which if i am honest does have a lot of really nice women if you know where to look! Hopefully soon i can have the right material to actually be able to generate interest.

Thanks very much for the suggestions, also Ace, Mystery suggests that drinking is a total no no.....i don't know if you drink when you go out but i am finding it a little difficult to break the habit of walking to the bar and ordering an alcoholic drink when i am out.

Mind you if i can get out of the habit of ordering them i will save a few quid also i suppose!

Thanks again mate.

Thats really odd mate because i have been thinking the same thing about the magic tricks!

What i have done is look on Youtube and other such sites which have video tutorials of bar tricks, also there is a series over here called 'The Real Hustle' where they do bar tricks in order to win drinks. If you just practiced the tricks instead of using them to win drinks they might work too.

Here's a link i found for you, the other proposition bets are down the side as usual with youtube.

Hope this is a little help to you and thanks a lot for taking the time to respond to my message.
