The bartenders at the bar my dad and i frequent are pretty cute, i'm at the bar 3-4 times a week with my pops, I want to spit game to them, but i'm constantly there so it's a pretty touchy situation, plus when im there my dad is always there which makes things even more akward...any tips/pointers?

I'm new, but I'll try to point out some stuff i'm picking up. Servers and bartenders require a different approach to be able to stat running game. You can't come direct b/c they are busy and not in the mind set of flirting/talking. So in order to get them interested, I've read its important to open sets around the bar so that the target can see.

You want to make sure you not only open, but are being the typical PUA, charming, funny, confident. If the target witnesses you having a great time with other girls, in the back of her mind she'll wonder whats so great about you and even be slightly jealous she's not having fun. So when you finally do approach her, she already has high value of you, and will be much more willing to hear what you have to say and spend time with you between customers.

At least, thats how Jsmooth worked his last field test, and it worked out pretty well.
