How to react when HB makes fun of herself

Hey guys,

When talking to an HB, somtimes they make fun of themselves (in a half-sarcastic way), usually looking for you to qualify her.

E.g. "Oh I'm eatin so much, I'm starting to get chubby."
And she's lookin for you to say "nah you're not that chubby."

How do you react? You don't exactly wanna qualify her, but you don't wanna destroy her soul by pushing her further down, what do you do? Any good responses, other than changing the topic?

i'd agree in a funny way, like "a few more burgers and you'll be up there with rosie o'donnel" or something funny like that
