Ok so I've gone from a 4 year relationship, straight into 5 year ... so its been a while since I've chatted anyone up.

Went out few weeks after I got single and was an AFC!!! Was getting loads of IOI's and just doing nothing with them. I was rusty! and definitely frustrated

Came across the pickup artist series on youtube... Then went onto torrent sites and downloaded about 15gb of videos etc loads of mystery, strauss, lance mason, sean decan etc and put myself on a crash course haha.

Went out this weekend to test it out and kiss closed one girl and got 2 other numbers. I'm absolutely delighted, completely different then last weekend.
But my game was still way off! I was doing loads of DLV, i was not doing many DHV ... Negged once but then the group of girls left (not over my neg haha just bad timing). I understand it can take 4-6 months at least to get your game straight but I just want to keep the momentum going in the right direction

I only got bits and pieces of conferences etc from torrents so don't really have a technique. So I really like mystery's technique with the A2 - A3 as I'm a programmer so like things to be mapped out haha. but again didn't really get the whole thing from the videos.

So what would be your advice to an expiring PUA who is on a crash course

Should I read Mysterys new book "how to get a woman into bed" cause i really didn't like Niels "the game" book as I've very little spare time (work alot) and hate reading books (i got the audio book haha) and it was more about his story then techniques, still worth a read(well a listen) but not if your spare time is so low.

Should I just browse forums now to fill in the pieces i'm missing, if so I'm guessing the newbie part should have the full technique overviews in them. If so then any good links to topics i should start with?

There's just so many different techniques and I've only found out about this community a week ago so this is alot to take in Can't wait to join in with this community.

The best way to learn is to not be reading this.

If you don't want to read you'll slow yourself down, but not a great deal - you only need the basics down and the rest you can learn by doing, and only read when necessary.

Go out, interact, mess up, come back, post/search, go out, interact, mess up...

So I just want to learn 3 before going onto 5. And sure it's Monday and I won't be heading out for nightgame until Friday so have the weekdays to learn.
Course I'm going to try my day game during the week as well, as experience is the key but definitely have not got a complete skeleton to work with yet.

Infamosu had a good point! So go and hit the field, you will see what methods and styles fit you best, you will learn to calibrate your approaches etc. So just go for it, many guys who want to start make the mistake of reading, reading and reading and not hitting the field enough!

Trust me... after nearly 9 years of sleeping with basically just two women (few others but hey I was on holidays) I can't wait to get back out on the field ... but it's going to be 4 days away So build up the troops during the weekday and go to battle at the weekends.

I just had a look at mystery's new book and it has all the A1-A3 and all that so definitely going to convert that to text 2 speech and give it a listen while I work. Get paid to become a PUA haha.

This forum alone is a goldmine of information, just won't be accessing it from work hahaha Read the demonstrating DHV guide ... classic! Already have my story worked out in my head... can back up the story at the end by showing them a busy card of my company (managing director) but not give it to her... tell her I don't know her from a hole in the wall ... and then I get her number and not give her the business card even after she gives me her number haha tell her she will get it when we meet up for drinks.
