for the longest time (before hearing about the mystery method) i believed my fathers words that as long as your clean you'll be fine, well now realizing that everything else my father said about women and the attraction there of was useless im wondering about after shave and similar products.

i have heard lots of guys saying that axe, and tag and those sorts of products smell strait up bad, but the other day i overheard 2 girls talking about it, saying that the smell of axe and old spice were irresistible, which remidend me about an ex that had said the same thing.

so my assumption's from this point on is: in moderation; colognes and perfumes are a good idea

what are your guy's thoughts?

axe is the shit. some people say its kinda juvenile.... but i think it has the best "fresh outta the shower" smell. I get more compliments on axe and burberry than any other fragrence... I have the new hugo... and the hbs still perfer the axe

One word: Chrome

IMO it is the best colonge out there. Like a few years ago I went cologne shopping with my mom (Hey, I was 16-17, give me a break), she liked it and suggested it to me. I smelled it and loved it.

I have had a lot of compliments on it. I would say I get a compliment 1 out of 3 or 4 times I wear it out and about. The one problem is that to me it does not seem very powerful and i think it fadeds after a while, But i still love it.

Remember gents, Chrome. And when the compliments start rolling in remember I told you to get it

Something to keep in mind is that a female might perferr a fragrance merely because someone who she likes or admires uses it. This gives her a biased opinion that won't help YOU in particular.

My X-GF claims she likes MY scent better than any cologne or body wash.
She waa obviously attributing my smell to her positive feelings about me since I don't normally use a bodywash or cologne. I would be a successful "placebo" if I were a subject in her double blind experiment.

Wear what YOU think smells best. If you want a females opinion, ask if her BF uses it. If he does, she probably has scent bias and her opinion shouldn't be trusted.

Why not be origional and use something nobody else uses. Peacock your aroma.

Fuck axe, about 90% of the fragrances smell terrible. The only decent one is kilo. I use cologne from the body shop I got about a year ago and 1/2 ago. I still have 1/2 a bottle left. I use it almost everyday.

i have tried a number of colognes and in my opinionthe best was Aqua De Gio by Armani (sorry about the bad spelling) I gave some to my buddy who is bad with girls to boost his confidence and i turned around and a girl was smelling his neck and going in to kiss him (but mother hen cocked blocked.) I actually made myself his wing that night going around telling girls he smells like shit then they would go and see for themselvesand thought i was a d-bag and he came home with a girl for thefirst time. Also every time i have used it i have gotten compliments. The only thing is that is can be pricy i suggest looking at Krogers if you want to buy it or Sams. I think that Axe sucks. Good Luck

Man I hate to be the bad news guy here but woman like someone who doesnt follow that bs hype. Sure it smells ok at best but invest your money into some good cologone man. Im not talkin about blowing $150 on a bottle of cologone just head to macys and find something that fits your wants.

Get a daytime cologne mine is Eternity by Calvin Kline, smells awesome, gets alot of compliments.

Get an evening wear cologone mine is not being made anymore but I buy it online at fragrancenet.com its called Aramis Bermuda, has a fresh citrus/beach scent to it. SO SO SO many compliments on this, this is definetly my most favorite cologne out of any I own and I have alot.

some other good ones are:
Usher- Evening wear type colonge, dont own a bottle but my step-bro does it is a great cologone try a sample from macys or something, definetly buying me some soon.

Burberry- I own this, decent cologone in my opinion, one of my cologones I wear on not so special occasions.

Gucci for men- Have a sample of this, I absolutely love it.

The best thing to do is go to a macys or store like it and ask for cologone samples they hand out free in the drawers behind the cologne cases. This is where I find my best type.

Try not to follow what everyone else is getting, a great example of a great cologne that almost everyone has is the Aqua di gio by Armani, I think it smells great but like I said its so popular now that everyone is wearing it, and the point of my story is be different so you dont want this. Same thing with armani code, I hate it but everyone is wearing it.

Dont settle with cheap fragrances, its not worth it in the long run, remember a a female animal is attracted to a male animals scent ( or somethin along those lines) ,

so the key to putting on a fragrance is hitting the "hot" spots.
These would be wherever the most heat is emited, for me I spray my left wrist rub into my right wrist, spray again rub onto my neck and behind my ears, then if I know Im gonna be kissin that night usually a little rub around the face, somethin else I heard was spraying onto a brush and "dabbing" it into the hair and it will smell good all day.

Simply put, be different dont go with the crowd, same thing with clothing. Wear something that stands out not hollister like every other guy around you, thats why I wear affliction it stands out and I like the designs lol, plus everyone knows its money.

Get some good cologne, not grandpa smelling cologne like old spice.

Pretty long I know but
Good luck bro, hope I helped you out.

-Rob

It seems like everyone else is saying this too... but Axe probably isn't the best way to go. I mean, for high school... maybe? But assuming you're at least in college, cologne won't kill your wallet. You just have to find a scent that works with your skin. Different colognes will smell different on different people (I think I got that right...) It's all about the chemistry between your skin and the cologne. I would walk into a department store and ask the cologne woman for some help. At the very least I guess you could use it as practice to get more comfortable talking to a woman you don't know (granted you're paying for a product/service, but w/e lol)

o ad as cheap as it may sound kinda cheap but you can always go to a couple of different department stores and ask for samples most of the time they will give you a bottle with 3-5 sprays in it that way you can really get a good idea for what yo like

I would say you are a lot better off testing various colognes and see which one you like and smells the best on your skin. Everyone's skin is different when it comes to the oil in your skin. And the oil is going to effect the smell of the cologne.

Your skin has tags? No worries, you can try some kind of natural materials.
You even can use onion.

Onion is a natural skin tag removal. Its juice can reduce the skin tags on neck or on face within about a week by simply rubbing it nightly before bedtime.

Follow some steps below:

Prepare an onion and have it sliced into smaller pieces
Dip those pieces in an airtight container with a teaspoon of salt and leave it on overnight.
Remove the juice in the mixture.
Rub the juice over the skin tags and have them covered overnight

Alongside, you also use alcohol

Alcohol is one of the most impressive home remedies for skin tags. The application can serve as an astringent, which enables to reduce extra moisture caused by skin tags. Plus, thanks to strong anti-microbial properties present in alcohol, it is beneficial for protecting the area from further returning infections.
