I just got back from Austin texas, I was in a bar there with my wing and I asked the bartender (who was a HB8):

From there it was easy cause you can talk about where your from and ask about them about the area, but it is give off cockyfunny because being the new guy in town can make you almost vulnerable because you aren't familiar with things. Conveying dominance is key but for me I ended up getting a number close and a K close the next day. I tried the exact same routine with a girl at hooters but it didn't work as well so how you say it is crucial.
