In one of David Shade's manuals, he talks about Prolactin, a substance secreted after ejaculation that puts you into a refractory stage ( soft, tired, lower testosterone, etc ). So it's not actually ejaculating, but your body's response to it that can have negative effects.

Women can apparently sense your testosterone by indicators in your face, so having low testosterone can affect your game, aside from the psychological effects that you've already been discussing.

I will say I that about a month ago I didnt totally agree with this no porn no masturbation thing but AFter I had sex for the first time last month I believe that regular porn and masturbation can fuck up your head.

In tantra men are encouraged to orgasm without ejaculating, it takes practice and training but it can be done! it seems to me that the words MASTURBATION and PICK UP ARTIST dont entirely go together. I view masturbation as being pointless anyways...you sit here and stare at a chick on a computer screen(or on a tv for those of you stupid enough to actually buy porn-no offense) and grab ur lil mini me and yank the shit out of it. I wholeheartedly agree with the fact that it isn't good for us to constantly do it. I remember when I used to all the time. But I stopped after that period and it increased my drive for sexuality.
